Crisis to Permanent Accommodation

Notice Description

The Council has a requirement for one (1) provider to provide crisis and permanent accommodation for customers who are owed a housing duty (Prevention, Relief, Temporary Accommodation and Main Duty) by the Council. Crisis accommodation shall be available as temporary accommodation and accessible 24/7, 365 days in the year. Permanent accommodation shall be used to enable throughput from crisis provision but also available as direct access accommodation where agreed on an individual case basis.
