Notice Description

The Construction of a single-storey extension to the existing fitness suite, and associated remodelling works at Leisure World, Colchester. In addition, internal remodelling to the first floor is required in order to reinstate an existing fire exit, amend the first floor office and to provide a first floor studio. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Expressions of interest are sought from experienced contractors and the closing date for expressing your interest is 12:00 (noon) Friday 16th December 2016. The closing date for submitting your tender is 12:00 (Noon) on Wednesday 21st December 2016.
