The Royal Borough of Greenwich are looking for an experienced Service Provider to undertake the servicing, maintenance and repair of communal heating and associated mechanical plant. Full description and scope of the service are provided in the link below: https:// procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?resetFilter=True&applyFilter=True&p=2241eb95-058ae511-80f7-000c29c9ba21&v=1 The estimated annual value of the contract is between GBP670,000.00 and GBP750,000.00 and as such the maximum full contract value, based on a full ten year contract duration is GBP7,500,000.00. The Contract Period is initially for a period of five 5 years although Royal Greenwich reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to five 5 years making a total possible Contract Period of ten [10] years
