Notice Description

This procurement is in respect of the Vasectomy Service. This process will qualify providers to deliver services to the eligible population of Kirklees Health and Care Partnership and Calderdale Cares Partnership (the commissioner). This service is to be delivered under a NHS Standard Contract, which will have a term of 5 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years from the 1st of July 2028. The financial envelope for the initial 5 year term of the contract is anticipated to be PS80,000 per annum, however payment depends on activity therefore the contract value will be PS0. Details of pricing structure can be found within the Draft contract available on the Jaggaer portal. Additional information: The contract duration will be for 5 year with an option to extend for up to 2 years. The ITT Documents can be downloaded from the NHS WY ICB Sourcing portal at https://nhsleedsccg.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html and clicking on CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES. The ITT Reference number is 'itt_59' This is a new portal and you will be asked to register to create an account and supplier profile. You should only create one supplier account per organisation but you can have more than one user per supplier account.
