Cornwall Council welcomes your interest in the provision of support to Homeless Young People, Young Parents and Families. The contract start date will be 1 April 2019 for three years until 31 March 2022, with the possibility of a further two year contract extension until 31 March 2024. Service requirements are divided into Geographically Lotted areas Additional information: Lot 1 - Homeless Young People Cornwall Council would like to purchase support services for Young People who are homelessness or threatened with homelessness and are currently living in (or about to transition to) short term accommodation. The Service will meet its aims through the provision of a flexible, person centred Service that enable Person's accessing the Service to establish and maintain independence. Value: 2 272 595.00 GBP The contract start date will be 1 April 2019 for three years until 31 March 2022, with the possibility of a further two year contract extension until 31 March 2024.
