Support for Better Buckinghamshire service reviews
Notice Description
Buckinghamshire Council has recently been established as a new unitary authority, bringing together all the service capabilities and resources from the 5 predecessor councils in the County. Many different teams and ways of working have been combined and the Council are now embarking on an organisation-wide series of service reviews. These will be used to help simplify processes, identify operational efficiency and improve customer experience. In order to confidently deliver these reviews at the speed and quality desired, we need some external capacity, experience and challenge, including financial expertise to develop an approach to zero-based budgeting. This contract will ensure the reviews are delivered in a consistent manner while upskilling our internal Service Improvement and Finance teams with the tools and techniques required to sustain the process. The contract was awarded off the CCS MCF2 framework.
