The Bank of England has a requirement to conduct a second Call-Off Competition for the supply of polymer substrate for the new PS20G note. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is being made available only to those Bidders who have been accepted onto the Framework established by the Bank via the tender process begun by placing the contract notice 2016/S 059-099241 on 24th March 2016 in the Official Journal of the European Union. Additional information: Notice linked to OJEU notice 2016/S 057-099241 (the framework's OJEU notice). Additional Award Details : The Bank awarded 75% of the call-off's volume to CCL Secure Limited and 25% of the call-off's volume to De La Rue.
