However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking suitable and experienced suppliers to supply luminaires and their control system (CMS), with a long-term guarantee/warranty for the borough wide re-lamping of their Housing Estates.
