The Full Replacement of Two Passenger Lifts (Option 1), and The Modernisation of Two Passenger Lifts (Option 2), located at the Oaks A and B Blocks, University of Keele
Notice Description
Tenders are invited from interested parties for The Full Replacement of Two Passenger Lifts located at the Oaks A and B Blocks, University of Keele, in accordance with the attached Tender Specification document. Given the need for one Lift Contractor to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the works required, the contract has not been divided into lots. The Lift Contractor shall complete all of the contract requirements detailed in the Tender Specification document and meet the key dates contained in the specification. The estimated total value of the contract is PS180,000 excluding VAT. It is essential that Tenderers visit the University campus prior to submitting their tender submission in order to ascertain all the necessary information as to risk which may affect their tender sum. Arrangements to visit site for this contract can be made directly with Paul Richards, Tel: 01782 733450. The site visits will be conducted during the tender period. Additional information: The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofkeele/aspx/Home Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically via: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofkeele/aspx/Home Tenderers remain responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by them or by any third party acting under instructions from the Tenderer in connection with taking part in this procurement, regardless of whether such costs arise as a direct or indirect consequence of any amendments made to the procurement documents by the University at any time.
