The University of Leeds, Residential Services Division, operates a portfolio of accommodation providing beds for approximately 8000 students. This portfolio includes both catered and non-catered residences. The scope of this contract currently covers 20 residences and approximately 17 small properties, in addition to a Housing Association residence for International students. As the tender is scheduled to cover up to 4 years, the division's portfolio is likely to change. Tenderers must be able to accommodate any such change in portfolio or business fluctuation Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
