Notice Description
Durham University have a requirement to appoint executive recruitment agencies to assist with the search and recruitment of temporary, fixed-term and permanent senior roles within the University. The framework agreement is for a period of three (3) years in total with the possibility of a further 12 month extension, subject to performance and business requirements. The framework will be structured in the following way: Lot 1 - Senior Academic Roles Lot 2 - Executive Roles Lot 3 - Senior Professional Roles Lot 4 - Non-Executive Roles Lot 5 - Specialist Professional Roles Lot 6 - Executive or Senior Interim Roles Our framework supplier(s) will be viewed as an extension of the University's own recruitment team. You will beexpected to advise on market place conditions for the recruitment of positions within your appointed lot(s) andhelp increase the pool of candidates available to the University. Please note, recruitment for grant-funded roles will comply with the grant body. Additional information: To express interest in applying, please follow the web link http://events.transaxions.com/service.aspx?event=6792 This is a two stage process. Stage 1 suppliers will express and interest and complete online the Standard Questionnaire (SQ) only. Responses will be evaluated against set criteria. Those suppliers successful at Stage 1 will then be invited to Stage 2 to complete the Invitation To Tender (ITT) document. Responses will be evaluated against set criteria. You may apply for a single or multiple lots. Key dates to note: Cut-off date for seeking clarifications 17/05/2019 Stage 1 closing at 29/05/2019 12 midday (GMT) Stage 2 Interviews may be required week commencing 19/08/2019
