Notice Description

This contract is for the replacement of existing windows and doors to 91no. properties at Clay Brow and Tanhouse, Skelmersdale. The works will consist of replacing existing double glazed units and replacing with A rated uPVC windows. The Contractor is advised to visit the site and ascertain the conditions under which the work will be carried out. The Contractor must take full account of the position of any Local Authorities, statutory undertakings, private or public Company's pipes, cables, manholes, inspection chambers, buildings and equipment on or adjacent to the site, or any condition which may influence his tender
