East Suffolk Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to work on the construction of a bespoke accessible beach hut "village" and a separate activity park on two areas of the South Seafront Gardens in Felixstowe. Construction is expected to start in September 2022 with a completion date within 8 months.
