The Welcome Back Fund is providing Local Authorities across England a share of PS56 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to support the safe return to high streets and help build back better from the pandemic. Nottingham City Council has allocated a portion of its awarded Welcome Back Fund to stage a high quality installation and/or impactful event that aims to increase footfall in the city.
