Notice Description
Construction and Engineering Design Services to provide technical support through the construction stage of the Phase 2B Queensway Gateway Road (QGR) project. This commission of the construction by Balfour Beatty Living Places (BBLP) started on 5th September 2024 and provides valuable continuity to the wider design team, including National Highways, East Sussex County Council Highways and BBLP as Main Contractor. Update: This contract has now been extended due to construction delays until 31 October 2025/the date the services are complete, with an increased value from PS60,000 to PS83,000. Update: This contract has now been further extended due to construction delays until 28 February 2026/the date the services are complete, with an increased overall contract value of PS135,000 (excluding VAT) Update: This contract has now been further extended due to construction delays until 31 May or the date the Services are complete, with an increased overall contract value of PS147,000 (excluding VAT)
