Notice Description

The Council is responsible for the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of Public conveniences within their district. The Works comprise the demolition of internal walls of the toilet block ensuring the structure is still sound and stable. To remove and dispose from site, all debris along with fixtures and fittings with exception of those items mentioned in the Scope and Specification. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
