Folkestone & Hythe District Council wishes to engage a contracting organisation to provide design & build construction work of the five hectares of employment land. The tender requirement is for the design and construction of a new vehicular access and service road together with the associated utilities infrastructure at the future employment site at Mountfield Road (referred to as Romney Marsh Employment Hub - Stage 2). The development will serve an extension of Mountfield Road Industrial Estate and can be seen on the plan drawing of Mountfield Estate Option A.
