NOTE: This notice was updated on 16 July 2021 for the following reason: This tender opportunity is being withdrawn.(Undertake a market assessment of Plastic Packaging materials flows across Europe which will be used by the European Plastics Pact working groups to identify key workstreams required to achieve the targets of the European Plastics Pact.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
