Courses should cover a range of topics such as: Careers available in the hair and beauty sector Effective customer service and how to handle difficult situations Basic hairdressing techniques and terminology (to include treatments, styles, products) Basic beauty techniques and terminology (to include treatments, products) Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe Health and safety in hair and beauty
