GB-London: Second World War & Holocaust Partnership Programme

Notice Description

IWM wants to appoint an external evaluation consultant for its Second World War and Holocaust Partnership Programme. The evaluation should demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of the SWWHPP in brokering creative, strategic partnerships across the UK. However, while the evaluation does not need to focus exclusively on individual activities/public programmes their successful delivery and impact on participants and audiences will be influenced by the effectiveness of the Partnership and should therefore be considered when designing an evaluation programme. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
