Notice Description

The Business Continuity Planning Improvement project vision is to develop and or deploy an IT tool, to streamline the business continuity planning process and enable more efficient reporting on business impacts and continuity during an incident. The main functions of the new IT tool will be to undertake a Business Impact Analysis, generate Business Continuity Plans, enable reporting on the continuity status of business activities during an incident, and provide high level reports on the business continuity management system. Prospective tenders are requested to read the prospectus in the "more information" section and follow the instructions for responding. EA may then contact prospective tenderers to discuss their responses in further detail.
