The Council has a requirement for a new build package at Caledonian, Glascote Heath, Tamworth, B77 2ED. The works include the design and construct of an approved 5 no houses with associated services and external works consisting of 5no. 2b4p terraced units, measuring 75.8 sqm each. Additional information: Interested parties can view and/or download invitation to tender documents from the Council's e-procurement portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/tamworthbc.
