Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders to appoint an Estate Agent in respect to the long leasehold sales of 55 x residential apartments at its Carnival Regeneration development project on Wellington Road, Wokingham Town Centre. The apartments include 30x one-bed units and 25 x two-bed units. The appointment will be made on the basis of a Sole Selling Rights Agreement for the duration of the Agency Period with a fixed commission % rate fixed for the duration of the contract.
