Notice Description

** THIS TENDER IS CLOSED ** Award of contract via the CCS DPS Agreement RM6018 via further competition. The final date and time for the submission of bids is Friday 2nd October 2020 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. Aims and Objectives if the Project. The aim of this project is to provide Innovate UK with information on the performance of our Newton Fund programmes. This information, initially on outputs and then (through the ex post evaluation) on outcomes and pathways to impact, will provide critical learning which will feed into the design of future Newton programmes. The evaluation is necessary for two reasons: firstly, to allow us to understand if we have achieved what we were intending through our Newton programmes and if they represented value for money; and secondly to allow us to change the direction of any future programmes as necessary, in order to make them more effective.
