Notice Description

The BBC requires a framework of suppliers to provide bespoke digital services and solutions for the following eight digital services categories: web development, mobile app development, backend development, third party maintenance, emerging technologies, data science and machine learning, design and UX and host and operate. Suppliers responding to this tender will be required to apply for and be successfully awarded a minimum of three of these digital services categories in order to secure a place on the framework. Suppliers may be required to work across the BBC's digital portfolio including, but not limited to, childrens and education, news, sport, sounds, home, iPlayer and TV. Suppliers may also be required to provide services across a variety of bespoke internal staff facing or other user-facing applications. Following the conclusion of this procurement process the BBC will award suppliers passing a minimum of three digital services categories with a framework agreement. The framework agreement(s) will have an initial term of 24 months commencing on 20 October 2020 and ending on 19 October 2022. The BBC may apply multiple extensions to the initial term and such extensions shall not exceed a combined total of 24 months. The value detailed in II.1.5) is the total estimated framework value, we anticipate that the annual value will be between approximately GBP 500 000 to GBP 3 m. (These are pre-qualification questionnaires or invitations to tender open to any registered supplier). 2.3) Click on the relevant PQQ/ITT to access the content. 2.4) Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ/ITT into your 'My PQQs/My ITTs' page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only. 2.5) You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ/ITT Details' box. 3) Responding to the tender 3.1) Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining). 3.2) You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. 3.3) Note the deadline for completion and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT. There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). 3.4) You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
