Notice Description
Ashford Borough Council is seeking support from recruitment consultants to assist with the search and selection processes for three new head of service roles plus a new director role. Consultants will be required to provide a proposal with recommendations on the process including: * advice on recruitment advertising * proposed timetable and process * how they will support with headhunting and candidate attraction, * how they will support the Appointment's Committee with shortlisting and selection * assessment tools * candidate checks and referencing Additional information: All documents and instructions relating to this opportunity can be downloaded from the South East Business Portal (link attached)
