Tribunal Preparation for JAP Euro (following CPO) Middlehaven
Notice Description
The services range from legal/financial/technical and commercial experts to provide the multi-disciplinary team to allow the Council a robust chance to challenge the case, and ensure the Council can mitigate its losses, wherever possible. This team has been involved in various degrees throughout the compulsory purchase order process. It is critical that professional continuity is maintained for the Tribunal process.
