Notice Description

The University is seeking to appoint a survey supplier to partner with to provide expertise to design and deliver a fit for purpose staff engagement survey approach (which is likely to comprise of a blend of full surveys and pulse surveys over the contract period), the data from which can be used to inform strategic action planning, development of a fit for purpose University level action plan (as well as local plans) and measure/report on set KPI's for the People Strategic Delivery Plan. The requirement is for the provision of a staff engagement survey approach which will be accessible to approximately 8,000 members of staff across multiple sites in the UK. Additional information: TENDERERS MUST EXPRESS THEIR INTEREST THROUGH FIRST REGISTERING ON THE UNIVERSITYS E-TENDERING SYSTEM https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofnottingham/ Non-compliant expressions of interest (EOI) will not be considered or acknowledged.
