Brief Description of Requirement EPSRC wishes to understand the impact that funding through HIPS, its distinctiveness and its relationship to other funding opportunities within the context of the strategic aims of the Healthcare Technologies Theme and EPSRC objectives. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
