Notice Description

Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd (NCHA Ltd) are seeking a contractor to undertake the construction of a new housing development at Highfield Street, Coalville under a JCT Design and Build contract with works commencing on site as soon as possible following the completion of this tender. For the avoidance of doubt, NCHA will require the new contractor to take full liability for all works, pre and post appointment. Highfield Street is a development of 22 new homes (6no 2 bed houses, 6no 3 bed houses and 10no 1 bed maisonettes) with all 22 of the units marketed by NCHA Ltd for Affordable Rent. NCHA Ltd can prove title with planning permission for the proposed development obtained on April 6th 2023 (a copy of the permission is included in the tender documents).
