Notice Description

To undertake all PDF works, resurfacing of the A34 northbound carriageway around Newbury, as per the design while co-operating fully with the TM and other contractors to resolve any issues. Undertake the role of PC. Also included but not limited to: - Produce and maintain Work Order programme - Attend a pre-start meeting prior to commencement of works - to be organised by Client - Produce monthly spend profile, forward forecasts and calculations for any financial accruals - Liaise with Client and appointed Designer for technical queries - Collate information for H&S File as the scheme progresses and on completion - Submit an Outputs Certificate on delivery of scheme regional promises - template to be provided by Client - Involvement to attend meetings and provide construction methodology.
