West Suffolk Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Commercial to Residential conversion of Palace House Cottage & Refurb of offices at Palace House Coach House, Newmarket CB8 8EP. This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is at 1200 hours on 03 May 2019. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted The deadline for clarification questions is 1700 hours on 26 April 2019, clarifications must be generated via the correspondence option on the system. Part I (Cottage): Conversion of existing two storey commercial space to 3 bed dwelling. To include complete strip out, reconfiguration of partitioning, thermal and acoustic upgrade and installation of; new staircase, ground floor WC, new laundry and bathroom, kitchen fittings, electrical and mechanical re-fit and decoration throughout. Part II (Coach House): Refurbishment of existing offices within designated use. To include complete strip out and installation of; new staircase, accessible WC, first floor WCs, kitchenette fittings, electrical and mechanical re-fit and decoration throughout.
