Notice Description

Havering Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent providers of Bespoke intervention support packages for welfare checks, family support and supervised contact services for children in need, subject to a child protection plan, or looked after up to the age of 18. The aim of the service is to provide high quality, bespoke and flexible intervention support packages that prevents placement disruption for children already in care, prevents children going into care, empowers families, focuses on whole family well-being, and is able to manage risks and recognise safeguarding concerns. The service will support service users with social, emotional, behavioural and health issues and work collaboratively with other relevant agencies. The service will be expected to remain focused on the outcomes of the support package, directly work with children and families, be child-focused, and build trust and openness.
