The British Red Cross Society (Red Cross) is a humanitarian organisation that refuses to ignore people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. This Prior Information Notice is to obtain market views on Fleet Leasing Services and gather information to enable the Red Cross to develop a Strategic Sourcing Plan to demonstrate their future approach to Fleet Leasing Services. Red Cross' current scope of interest includes, but is not limited to the following: * Annual lease costs(which includes maintenance, servicing, tyres, MOT and Road Fund License). *Additional charges by category *Fuel cards *Accident/damage recharges *Termination costs *Informal extension *Excess mileage *Rectification charges *Parking and traffic offence charges Interested parties are advised to note that this will be a nationwide exploration which covers the following geographic areas: UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. Additionally, please note that we have provided a market research Pro Forma that we advise all interested parties to complete in full. This Pro Forma shall be used a mechanism for Red Cross to increase its knowledge of the potential supply market, develop its strategic procurement plan and assist the Red Cross in their future approach to Fleet Leasing services. Parties who register an interest in this requirements are requested to return this Pro Forma to Christina Fraser at CFraser@redcross.org.uk by close of business 27th May 2015
