Solihull's Mental Health Strategy (2015-20) identifies a shortage of accommodation for people with mental illness, and in particular, accommodation with access to support. To address this, Solihull Council is currently reviewing its provision for mental health and autism supported living opportunities. As part of this review we would like to engage with the market and welcome the views from providers and landlords regarding the potential opportunities that may be available. We will use this information to develop our commissioning options in respect of individual supported living placements.
