Specialist engineering consultant to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to establish: 1. The existing operational characteristics and energy performance of all theatre ventilation systems; 2. The feasibility of introducing automated "set-back" operation triggered by occupancy detection or BMS scheduling; and 3. The high-level cost and energy implications of implementing these modifications, including projected payback period and lifecycle savings.
