Specialist Fertility Services
Notice Description
This service provides Specialist Fertility treatment for the Norfolk and Waveney, and also the Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Groups. Aim: a. To provide a quality, safe, cost effective Infertility service ensuring that the risk of infection and other complications to Service users is minimised. b. To provide a personal service sensitive to the physical, psychological and emotional needs of Service users. c. To ensure effective communications between Service users and the service providers. d. To ensure effective communication between commissioners and the service providers. e. To work with commissioners to develop and implement data collection and monitoring processes which provides fertility services intelligence to support the future commissioning of fertility services. Additional information: Intention of a future AQP, including some qualitative and financial requirements under the PCR 2015 and LTR. This PIN is to alert the market to a pre-procurement Market Engagement Event that will be held as below. Norfolk and Waveney, and Suffolk Clinical Commissioners require providers to register their expression of interest to this PIN and event, by e-mailing: agem.norfolkprocurement@nhs.net Event will be held on: 13th June 2019 from 9.30am Zuckerberg Suite, Bishop Lynn House, 18 Tuesday Market Place, King's Lynn, PE30 1JW Please can providers e-mail to confirm if you are interested in attending the event as attendance must be pre-booked, please confirm the name of the main contact and their telephone/ email details. Due to limited space please also indicate how many representatives will be attending from your organisation (a maximum of 3 per organisation). The draft Service Specification will be made available if you confirm an interest, along with draft financial model, activity information, other related policies and outcomes information as well as the Agenda for the event.
