The contract will include the following: - Filing of online tax returns for Network Homes Ltd and its subsidiaries - Provision of: Tax advice to Network Homes Ltd and its subsidiaries Proactive advice on relevant tax changes on a monthly basis Annual review of VAT partial exemption methodology Proactive advice on matters relevant to any of the subsidiaries and a developing housing group of companies Specialised advice on complex treasury matters Other ad hoc advice as required.
