Rykneld Homes are direct awarding a contract for their Kitchen and Bathrooms Programme via the Efficiency East Midlands Limited (EEM) Property Improvement and Decarbonisation Works Framework (EEM0056) Contract over PS1m Midlands lot. The contract will commence on 01st June 2025 for 3 years with two further optional 1 year extensions taking the maximum contract term to 31st May 2030.
