Chorley & South Ribble Borough Council have awarded this contract via the NHS SBS Framework - Digital Workplace Solutions 2 (SBS10510). This service provides an end-to-end managed service for the entire backup solution including: * High Priority Incident Management * Transition period between service inception and go live * Provide day to day (BAU) monitoring of customers backup solution * Provide a co-operate BAU change control for the client's backup solution * Provide timely and accurate updates and resolutions to issues arising with the customer's backups * Complete daily backup administration tasks * Verify restore procedures are working and data is viable for emergency recovery * Provide capacity management and advice to the customer to ensure all important data is backed up. * Maintain and provide documentation control of relevant backup solution documentation
