GB-London UK: Highways Contract Framework 2024-2028

Notice Description

The framework contract will commence in September 2024 and its duration will be 4 years. This agreement will be made under the NEC3 Framework Contract (April 2013). All call-off contracts under the framework will be based on the NEC3 Short Contract (April 2013). TRP shall have the option, but not the obligation, to utilise this framework to tender various projects requiring these services across all eight of the Royal Parks. TRP reserves the right to run a non-framework competition for one-off projects where a wider range of competition is required (typically in connection with major memorials or exceptionally bespoke projects). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
