Notice Description

To provide coaching support for trainee doctors, dentists and pharmacists across the east of England referred via the Professional Support and Well-being Service (PSW) with the overall aim of supporting the trainee in achieving specific goals by providing expert advice and guidance. Trainees will be referred to the service by the PSW and it will be expected that the provider will make contact with the trainee directly, make their introductions, set expectations and arrange the first coaching appointment. The PSW will authorise a maximum of three sessions, however we understand that additional sessions may be required. For any additional sessions, a formal approval document will need to be completed by the provider and submitted to the PSW for authorisation. No further sessions should take place until agreement has been sought. A fully qualified and accredited coach must To To undertake the coaching sessions. Additionally, inclusive of this contract the service provider will be expected to attend any development sessions for the PSW team and other stakeholders, including workshops and resources for the trainees which can also be included on our website.
