Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ('the Council') is carrying out this procurement exercise in the form of an Open Tender for the appointment of a concessionaire to provide consultancy services regarding Historic Energy Cost Recovery and Auditing Services. Interested Bidders are required to register on the Due North etendering system and complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire and supporting Tender Documentation as instructed in the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
