Notice Description
The service on behalf of North Tyneside and Newcastle City Council is for an Apollo Financial Advisor for the Street Lighting PFI. The advice is required on the equity sale, associated transactions and the potential refinancing gain. The Authorities require a financial advisor to take on a review role to satisfy both North Tyneside Council and Newcastle City Council, as part of the consent process, for the sale of equity and debt transfer.
