ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolmshire Council are looking for a suitably qualified consultant to a provide a local economic assessment plan (LEA) which is a strategic review of the current and future direction of the local economy. This plan will support the refresh of the Economic Strategy; development of the Greater Grimsby Town Deal and inform other plans/proposals for economic regeneration within NEL. The LEA will combine analysis of existing national/regional/local datasets with qualitative research including interviews with key public and private sector stakeholders
