Notice Description

The purpose of the service is to provide support to people who have found it hard to engage in services to date. This may be because of a range of features of the person's life (physical health, mental health, substance misuse, self neglect, little or no routine) including regular / frequent contact with services that does not result in an improvement in their wellbeing. The purpose of the service is to provide support to people who require a period of support that is time defined to improve / promote their wellbeing, independence and community engagement. The purpose of the service is to provide support to people for whom it is anticipated at referral stage will be able to manage some or all of their wellbeing following "the services" support. Therefore preventing, reducing or delaying the need for statutory services (from Health or Local Authority) or reducing the escalation of risk to the person's safety. This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
