Notice Description
DAS1/5 'Low Ashyard Bridge', East Ayrshire is a single span overbridge comprised of longitudinal cast iron girders and transversely spanning hogging plates. The girders bear onto severely defective timber sleepers that sit on top of gravity type masonry abutments. The works are to install an Asset Multiplate Pipe Arch below the span and infill the surrounding void with foamed concrete
