Notice Description

Contract for the provision of Steel Sheeting to Void Properties in the East and North East Areas of Leeds & Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation. Properties are to be fitted with steel sheeting / shutters to windows and doors in accordance with the specific details on the works order:- * to openings to all elevations of the dwelling (house or flat) irrespective of size or opening configuration, including single opening access door (full steel sheeting). * to single opening security access door only. * to openings to all elevations of dwelling which is due for demolition (house or flat) irrespective of size or opening configuration, including single opening access door. This service will apply to new orders or existing orders which are identified for demolition. The contract covers approximately 21,000 council houses which are owned by Leeds City Council. Approximately 2,000 homes are managed by the Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation (BITMO) which is located in the Belle Isle area of Leeds
