The purpose of this RFI is to gauge market interest and feedback via the RFI response form for the provision of Vasectomy Services and provide the CCG with valuable information to help update and improve the current service specification. If you would like to discuss any aspects of the requirements, please call Katie Chipping on 01273 238730 (9.00 - 5.00: Monday to Thursday), or send an email to katie.chipping@nhs.net suggesting a date/time for a telephone conversation Please return the questionnaire as fully as you can to: Katie Chipping katie.chipping@nhs.net Please return the form by 4pm Friday 10th March 2017 Additional information: Key Aims and Objectives To provide high quality local community vasectomy services within the CCG, for patients aged 18 and over, resident, or registered with a GP, in the CCG area To provide services that comply with accepted best practice, relevant guidelines in clinical practice and robust governance arrangements. A further tender advertisement will be issued at the appropriate time as/if required. You will not be disadvantaged in any subsequent tender process if you choose not to respond to this RFI but the Commissioners will use the level of response received as part of the supporting evidence for any next steps taken.
