The bidder will demolish the existing garages and build and fit out 6 new houses including associated infrastructure, services, landscaping, and all other consequential associated works within the site demise whilst maintaining Rights of Way as necessary specific to the site. * Albert Street - Albert Street, Kettering, NN16 0SJ Additional information: Please note that this project is time critical and therefore if you genuinely cannot meet the procurement key timescales and deadlines that you are expected to fully observe then please do not submit a bid.
